Cancellations

Cancelations within 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% fee. Day of cancelations and/or no-shows will result in a 100% fee. 15 minutes past your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel or modify your service.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so 3 days beforehand to avoid any fees.

If you have 3 or more consecutive cancellations/no shows a 50% non refundable deposit will be taken at the time of your next booking.

Child Policy

We ask you come to your appointment unaccompanied. This is not a child proof environment, for their safety and respect for our other guests, we ask that children without an appointment stay at home.

Adjustment Policy

At Rebel Hair Studio, we totally get it—sometimes your hair needs a little extra love to get just right. If you’d like a tweak, just let us know within 14 days of your appointment, and we’ll send you a quick Adjustment Request Form to fill out. This isn’t a do-over, but a chance to fine-tune your fabulous look. Thanks for trusting us with your hair—we’re here to make you feel amazing!
