
Our Policies
Cancellations & No-Shows:
Life happens, but we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations will result in a 50% fee, and same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. If you arrive 15+ minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service.
Frequent Cancellations:
If you have 3 or more consecutive cancellations/no-shows, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to book future appointments.
Come Solo & Ready to Glow:
To keep the vibe relaxing for all guests, we ask that you come unaccompanied. Our space isn’t childproof, so for their safety (and everyone’s comfort), little ones without an appointment should stay home.
Refunds & Adjustments:

We want you to love your hair! If you need an adjustment, please let us know within 2 weeks of your original service and complete an adjustment request form.

Not loving a product? We’re happy to offer an exchange for one of equal or lesser value within 3 weeks of your purchase.

All refunds are at management’s discretion and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Need to make some changes? You can reschedule up to 3 days before your appointment HERE.
